Overview
HarborOne will provide a dynamic and comprehensive learning and development opportunity for the selected intern. The intern selected will be reporting to the Internship Manager and the intern will work directly with the Call Center Manager to support their growth and development in their internship role.

Our Call Center Team focusses on striving to act as one to achieve excellence beyond our customer’s expectations, efficiently managing our customer needs and providing a warm personalized experience that creates the opportunity to recommend additional products and services that fit our customer’s financial goals. This 10-week internship will explore all aspects of the Call Center.
Responsibilities
1.) Connect with our customers to drive the ultimate customer service experience and establishing a trusting relationship. Utilize job aids and critical thinking skills to answer general product questions, follow up on pending applications, or guide our customers to the appropriate resource. Help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial goals.2.) Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and program-manage customer concerns. Identify opportunities to build and improve internal processes.3.) Participate in daily team meetings to discuss operations, customer’s feedback and performance 4.) Participate in weekly meetings with other interns to share experiences and explore career opportunities5.) All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Currently a sophomore in college rising to a junior or a junior rising to a senior for the 2021-2022 academic school year. The preferred course of study is General Business or Business Management with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
EXPERIENCE: Demonstration of interpersonal skills in any classroom or workplace setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent written and communications skills, the ability to problem solve and analyze data, work independently and show initiative, be collaborative with peers and colleagues across all business lines and demonstrate the bank’s core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Teamwork.
