Job Description Summary As a member of the Portfolio Analytics Group the principal job function of the Portfolio Data Analyst (Cash Flow) is to review and analyze capital call and distribution notices and enter details into the system of record. This role will work closely with other members of the cash flow team, as well as members of the Treasury and Accounting teams. Responsibilities Capital Calls/Distribution Process: 70% Track capital calls and distributions for underlying investments Analyze capital call and distribution notice details Enter stock distribution activity into the system Enter detailed cash flow information for entry into eFront Record cash flow adjustments as necessary Review quarterly reconciliations with accounting Assist treasury as needed with daily reconciliation Update foreign exchange rates for foreign domiciled investments Investment Commitments: 20% Create investors and record partnership commitments to the system of record Track status of investment closings as they occur to reflect timely in systems Liaise with deal teams/accounting as necessary Miscellaneous Portfolio Analytics: 10% Work with the systems teams and perform UAT Testing, as needed Assist Operations Assistant with obtaining cash flow documentation Assist with independent quarterly calculations of capital call and distributions Complete projects as requested by senior management Education BS/BA or equivalent Work Experience 0-2 years
