- Documentation Review:
- Verify and analyze loan documentation, including income, credit, appraisal, and title reports.
- Identify discrepancies and work with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan approval process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.
- Compliance Adherence:
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all loan processes comply with federal, state, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to guarantee adherence to compliance standards.
- Timely Processing:
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely loan closings.

- Familiarity with industry compliance regulations.
- Proficient in relevant software applications.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
