Overview
We are seeking dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing your shift and employees to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Manage employees under your shift to make sure all stations are operating smoothly to Hardee's standards
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas, dining areas, and equipment
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year previous experience as shift leader in a food service environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and Serv Safe is a plus
