Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance inspections on products and materials on a solar site
- Ensure compliance with company standards and specifications
- Identify and document any defects or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of quality problems
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred
- Electrical Solar Experience
- Familiarity with quality control techniques and tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
