Harding Bell International Inc. (HBI) is looking to hire a Foreign Investor Liaison to work in its new sales office based in Sarasota, Florida. Meeting with prospective clients from North America and Europe, you will provide them with information and help guide them through the FIRPTA process (Foreign Investment In Real Property Tax Act of 1980). Full training will be given to successful candidates on the FIRPTA process at our head-office based in Kissimmee, Florida.
When you are not busy meeting with prospective clients or planning and attending events you will be responsible for the administration of the new sales office, answering the phones, covering the reception area, scanning and copying documents.

- Supporting the Sales Manager in planning event opportunities to target prospective clients.
- Meeting with prospective clients and providing information as required.
- Accurately entering data into HBI management information systems.
- Administration of the Sarasota sales office.
Successful Applicants Will Be:
- Fluent in French or German.
- Excellent communicators with high literacy skills.
- Problem solvers able to grasp new concepts and skills quickly.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
