Harding Loevner is seeking a Content Associate, Digital to join the firm’s Content team. The Associate will be a key contributor to the firm’s digital content efforts through coordination within the team and other departments.

The Associate will be exposed to various stages and aspects of the communication of our investment products to the Institutional and Wealth Management marketplaces. The Associate will contribute to the management of the firm’s social media accounts, the firm’s website, and the firm’s email marketing content. Learning opportunities for this role include project management, marketing automation, and interpreting quantitative information, such as website data and content analytics. Through collaboration with other departments, the Associate will also contribute to the successful execution and distribution of the firm’s thought leadership content. The Associate will gain a strong foundational understanding of the asset management industry through independent responsibilities and regular interactions with colleagues across the firm.

This role is suited for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Two or more years of digital marketing or business communication experience
  • Previous experience creating social media content and working with email marketing systems
  • A foundational understanding and desire to further develop knowledge of web development (CSS and HTML; WordPress and JavaScript a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams as a collaboration and project management platform
