Responsibilities
- Managerial duties
- On-call support
- Open availability required
- Communicate, train, and coach the team
- Inventory management and ordering
- Handle guest inquiries and explain menu items
- Assist delivery drivers with information about their pick-up
- Use an iPad to take orders in-store and over the phone
- Verbally acknowledge guests as they enter and leave
- Accept payments and provide change correctly
- Clean / sanitize the guest area
- Manage incoming orders using our online portal
- Resolve guest concerns without escalating
- Stock guest areas
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide the best experience possible
- Follow a sanitation schedule to ensure a safe environment for your team and guests
Cash handling, customer service, and restaurant experience are a plus but not required; we're looking for a great personality, not a skill set.
All training will be provided, paid, and will be followed by an opportunity for a pay increase after your 30-day review.
