What You'll Be Doing
Job Summary: Generally responsible for entering time into ATLIS for various recharge contractors, validate time against gate scans, and perform audits against contract work rules and rate sheets.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Time validation, per diem validation, call-out tracking, site gate hour validation – timesheets vs. gate hours.
- Ensure all craft changes in ATLIS for contractors is current and correct.
- Report Gate vs. Actual Paid hours in ATLIS –Identify, Resolve and Report all discrepancies.
- Preform daily/weekly audits against contract work rules to validate billed, per diem and mileage charges.
- Participate in meetings with BASF/Contractor turnaround/project team as needed to provide necessary information and explanations.
- Headcount reporting for all contractors as requested.
- Provide ATLIS validation audits for contractor.
- Generate contractor invoices via ATLIS, communicate with contractor for balancing.
- Work directly with FTN Financial Analyst and Business Units; assist in research and resolve of any accounting issues as requested to resolve any issues or outstanding invoice reconciliations.
- Assist with BASF audit process, as needed. Work with auditing department and supply validation documentation as requested.
- SAP knowledge and responsibilities to create service entries for ATLIS invoices.
- Responsible for communicating in all aspects with the ATLIS Administration Team.
- Overtime may be required during Turnarounds or Outages.

Ideal Background
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. AAS in Office Administration or Accounting is highly preferred.
Certification: No certification is required for this position.
Experience: This position requires a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and clerical services in a professional environment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access, Outlook and SAP
- Familiarity with ATLIS (BASF Program) is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate and meet deadlines. Flexible to handle multiple tasks and changing requirements of fast paced schedules.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and business letter composition skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Time management is crucial due to the nature of this position.
- Demonstrate the behavior that accidents are preventable by including safety in assigned work activities.
- Be involved and participate in safety meetings.
- Understands and comply with client’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
