Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university is preferred.
Experience: This position requires up to 2 years of relevant experience in human resources, learning and development, or administration, preferably in an engineering or related environment.
Certification: No certification is required for this position
Position Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of talent development functions. Additionally, this role is responsible for assisting with logistics for training and engagement events, as well as disseminating communications, surveys, and compliance reporting. Work will be performed under direct supervision.
This role will make a difference to Hargrove and our Team in the following ways but not limited to:
• Assist with events and learning activities including coordinating facilities, travel, schedules, handouts, catering, Teammate logistics, etc.
• Support the team’s administrative needs, such as travel, expenses, and meeting notes
• Assist with curriculum development and training activities utilizing blended delivery models
• Assist with creating and editing computer-based training (CBTs) courses for the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain up-to-date information on internal certification programs
• Support Talent Development Coordinator with timely processing of department email
• Answer questions about training course offerings, may assist trainees in course selection
• Maintain monthly learning event calendar on team Intranet page
• Schedule speakers or subject matter specialists (SMSs) to support training programs
• Assist with summer Intern Program logistics and activities
• May facilitate learning and development programs
