What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Representative position at Harmon?
Engaging internal customers to support policies, processes, and decision making
You will help develop and maintain core HR processes by supporting key HR initiatives, recruiting, benefits, employee issues, collecting/analyzing data, and general administrative support across the HR department and Harmon. You will provide data to the HR team to enable them to navigate complex relationships and provide recommendations that help mitigate risk, drive compliance/consistency, and support company values in collaboration with key internal partners.
Your contributions to the team
You will leverage company values, policies, data, and HR processes to support decision making within the Human Resources team.
Collaborate and partner with internal customers to provide decisions support through accurate employee data.
Own and manage projects with in the HR department.
Owns critical internal HR processes and administrative accuracy across the organization.
What you need to be successful
Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field/equivalent industry experience
Previous administrative or human resources experience, preferred
