Key Responsibilities:
- Procure beauty and fashion products, specifically specializing in Korean skincare.
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with both overseas and domestic vendors/manufacturers to secure the best deals and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage and organize procurement documents and records with high proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of products by closely monitoring and managing the procurement process.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the beauty and fashion industry, with a particular emphasis on Korean skincare products.
- Fluent in Korean, with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with international and domestic partners.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour, dependent on experience (DOE)
