Home Health Caregiver
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Remind client of medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Note: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client needs.
