Job Description

-Guide and help Individuals with disabilities participate in recreational, social and community activities

-Assist them with participation and involvement in community outings

-Provide transportation to and from activities, programs and school

-Administer medications to individuals as assigned- we provide training

-Observe individuals for any changes in behavior or health and work with ISP's

-Assist and encourage individuals to have their best day!

-Provide personal care and activities of daily living: ADL's, toileting and showering

-Prepare nutritional meals based on individual needs and preferences

-Teach individuals daily skills such as household chores, laundry, cleaning, as appropriate according to their individual plan;

Job Requirements Valid driver’s license needed. Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check. High School education or GED Equivalent.
