Psychotherapist/Mental Health Counselor - LPC, LMFT, LCSW
$50,000-$150,000 commission based employment. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
We are hiring a Wyoming licensed psychotherapist/mental health counselor position. This is a commission based W-2 employee position. Minimum of a two-year contract. Maintain a minimum of 25 client therapy hours a week for full-time status and a minimum of 15 client therapy hours for part-time status. Additional hours consist of weekly meetings, supervision, and administrative work (notes, treatment planning, calls, emails, etc). Hours can also include supervising others if that is of interest. Ability to work with individuals who are dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and trauma with the use of somatic, trauma, attachment, parts work, EMDR, and mindfulness-based modalities. Experience in all of these modalities is a plus but not required. The caseload will consist of private-pay, Medicaid, and private insurance clients. Must be able to see clients in-person at our office in Casper, Wyoming. While some tele-health sessions may be conducted, this is not a remote position.

Duties and responsibilities
Conduct client sessions
Attend team meetings and supervision
Prompt email and voice communication
Maintain clinical notes, treatment plans, and records in accordance with Wyoming Mental Health Licensing Board, HIPPA, Code of Ethics, and insurance laws and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. level education.
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure status in the State of Wyoming.
Experience with the majority of previously stated evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities (all are not required).
EMDR trained is desired but not required
Experience in trauma therapy based approaches.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and within a team environment.
Must be able to work some evening and weekend hours.
Minimum two-year commitment.
