Project Manager

HarmonyTech, Inc. seeks a skilled and interdisciplinary Project Manager. Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance processes are needed to perform project management, IT development, design, maintenance, enhancement, training and or administration. Strong collaboration and communication skills are needed to perform authorizations, data models, system diagrams, and electronic data dictionaries. Database and cloud experience are vital to ensuring network security and accessibility.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring and reporting project performance
• Apply IT PM practices, techniques, methodologies, and standards
• Effective Lifecycle management
• Develop, procure, maintain, and use compliant EIT
• Application conversion
• Infrastructure solutions

Requirements:

• PMP or equivalent training (PMI/PMBOK)
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Programming Languages: HTML, Java, PERL, SQL, and SAS
• Letter of commitment
• Knowledge of compliance processes and activities (FISMA, FIPS, NIST…)
• Experience managing projects simultaneously
• Experience conducting mathematical, statistical, and economic analysis
• Experience in cloud computing (AWS, IBM, Azure)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• PMP certification or equivalent
