THE COMPANY
Joining a founding data team, this role will support growth initiatives and new applications of data/analytics/AI across the business.
THE ROLE
As Director, Data & Analytics, you'll serve as a player-coach, working both hands-on keys with the team and strategically with leaders across the business. You can expect to be doing the following...
- Dashboarding/reporting & predictive modeling; ensure quality data, highlight & deepen the understanding of the business
- End-to-end analytics; with the support of the team, deliver analysis across marketing, LTV, loyalty, operations, merchandising/planning/production, etc.
- Data-driven strategy; develop analytics roadmaps with emphasis on insights to drive growth
- Championing a data-driven culture; empowering self-service dashboarding & overall data-driven decision making
- Lead the team; lead a team of Data Analysts, work with Data Engineers
- Work with leaders across the business with the goal of increasing customer acquisition & driving revenue
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- 8 years of experience in data analytics/data science, preferably in a DTC business, 2 years of people management
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.), advanced degree a plus
- Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and a data visualization tool, Looker a plus
- Excellent communicator across a wide variety of technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Creative thinker with experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
