Parts Counter Associate

Parts Associate will work directly with the customer to determine product needs and services.

Essential Job Functions

• Parts Associate will identify, order and receive parts for service and retail customers.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and coworkers.

• Cross train in other departments to assist as needed.

• Be enthusiastic, courteous, and respectful while demonstrating excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management.

• Provide service to the CUSTOMER at level they have never experienced.

Essential Job Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required, any college experience is a plus

• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team, we operate in an extremely positive atmosphere and expect the same

• Professional appearance and demeanor necessary, approach every customer as you would like to be approached

• Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management

• Basic computer skills will prove to be very helpful

• Possess a valid Kansas driver’s license with a good driving record

• Saturday availability a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
