What we do: We pinpoint customer needs, create strategies to boost sales, build customer & industry relationships, and we are the technical liaison between sales, product/development, integrations, implementation and support. Ensuring that we can meet our clients needs profitably.
The role: As a key contributor to the Harri organization, you will collaborate with AE’s, Customer Success Managers, Technical Analysts and other groups to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy and to tell our prospects Harri story.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales team to participate in discovery calls and internal prep/strategy meetings to have a detailed understanding of our customers challenges and opportunities, including the priority
Responsible for value creation and delivering the value story through detail product demonstrations
Provide insights about specific industry/market trends to aid sales team in tackling and winning business
Have a deep understanding of our competitors, how they operate and how we can tackle them
Telling our prospects stories through “Why” Demos
Manage responses to RFP’s and support business development efforts
Overlay sales, providing specialist product expertise to the sales force
Identify risks associated with assigned opportunities
Develop strategic alternatives for addressing red flags
Foster relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to grow engagement
Understand customers current state and communicate how to best leverage Harri products to address specific business needs
Work with Technical Analyst to ensure that all business requirements are identified, scoped and input into a signed Statement of Work
Help customers and prospects find a solution to their business challenges
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Engage customers and prospects directly to provide sales support
Who You Are:

Strategic thinker with ability to build and present robust product presentations combined with the presentation skills needed to build customer rapport by actively listening to, understanding and anticipating a clients needs
3 to 5 years experience in technical pre sales environment with HCM, hospitality, restaurant experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, who is highly proactive, with an entrepreneurial spirit and expertise.
