- Full Time
- Second Shift (begins at 4pm)
- Most weeks are 4 day work week
- Beginning pay is $25.00 per hour. Time and one half for hours over 40
- 90 day probationary period, No unexcused absences
- Crew assignment and salary after 90 day review.
- Benefits include Paid holidays and vacations.
- Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance available.
- 401K Retirement program.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory position, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Ability to supervise crews of 20 people or more
- Bilingual a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to be on your feet several hours each workday.
- Reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude. Strong desire to be a good teammate.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to pass drug screen.
