We are currently in search of a proactive and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service while driving sales of our VoIP phone and call center solutions through effective lead generation, relationship building, and product demonstrations.
This role plays a critical part in reaching our sales objectives and necessitates a creative mindset to pinpoint and secure new business opportunities.
This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the USA and will be working in the Central time zone.
What we are looking for :
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead generation, outbound cold calls, social media, and email campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively propose the right solutions.
- Conduct online demos to prospects and provide comprehensive product information.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Receive and submit quotes based on existing customer account inquiries.
- Leverage and maintain inquiries, pricing, and opportunities in our CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management in the CRM system.
What we are looking for :
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the VoIP or telecommunications industry.
- Strong presence and experience in dealing with customer and prospect inquiries and cold calling.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
