POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating project change management plans and processes for the entire portfolio and lead the development of projects change metrics. As a change manager, you will be responsible for evaluating new projects, setting up SOP’s, carrying out change order requests and accessing overall risk of the project. Additionally, your role will involve developing change order metrics to provide reports to Project Directors/Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts Change Order assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports.
Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address scope changes in the organization’s services and departments.
Reviews and assesses change management policies and protocols; makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.
Recommends and implements scope change management solutions.
Reviews and analyzes metrics and reporting within the project.
Drafts and presents reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
Performs other duties as directed.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering or Construction Management, or related field required.
Experience:
Two (2) years’ experience in Change Management or related experience required
Two (2) years’ experience with Project Risk Assessment experience required

Education:

Physical Demands:
This position requires bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs., frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and ascending/descending stairs.
