Harrison Clarke, a search firm specializing in exclusively DevOps/SRE recruiting with the largest network of professionals across the United States, is hiring! We are looking for dedicated and driven individuals to join our Tampa, Florida, hybrid office as Recruitment Managers.

The Recruitment Manager leads a team of U.S. employees, develops and nurtures client relationships, and provides an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for growing the business and leading a team, continuing the growth and profitability of the company.This role reports to a Director of a profit center, and plays a crucial role in departmental planning and oversight, finding innovative ways to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations. The Recruitment Manager has working knowledge of performance and operations management to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the CEO and Director on business strategies, such as the hiring, onboarding, sales approach, team structure, training, etc.
  • Drives an entrepreneurial spirit and culture, delivering on the company’s vision and exemplifying the company’s values.
  • Partners closely with Learning and Development on training, with the goal of growing future leaders. 
  • Oversees the ongoing operations of the recruiting division within a profit center.
  • Leads morning/afternoon huddles and one-on-ones, including goal setting, daily targets, ensuring that recruiters have solid plan and are set up for success. 
  • Oversees employment decisions at the frontline level, typically managing individual contributors.
  • Works hands-on as a recruiter as well as carrying managerial responsibilities (e.g., setting Monthly Development Plans).
  • Maintains client-facing responsibilities, working with Tier 1 backed clients, including reviewing the current pipeline, sharing feedback from the client regarding candidates, as well as relaying feedback to candidates from the client and about the interview process.
  • Ensures sales targets are met by managing client relationships, developing new clients, and ensuring a team meets recruiting targets.
  • Interviews internal candidates to assist with the growth of Harrison Clarke.
  • Promotes communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
  • Ensures the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
  • Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years in technical or agency recruiting.
  • Established managerial, sales, recruiting, and financial skills with the ability to lead at a team or divisional level.
  • Professional experience in frontline leadership/management roles.
  • Experience with budget management, operations, human resources, and organizational oversight.
  • Proficient understanding of management and financial practices.
  • Humble; aware of your strengths but always looking to learn.
  • Growth mindset; always thinking ahead on how to build your professional portfolio and the company's client and candidate portfolio through creative solutions.
  • Emotionally intelligent; effective communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (e.g., business administration, accounting, finance). An advanced business administration, finance, or law degree is preferred but not required.
