Job Skills / Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Promote and Advertise units
  • Perform tenant screenings
  • Obtain lease agreements
  • Act as liaison between tenants and property owner
  • Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
  • Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, scheduling repairs, scheduling landscaping and snow removal, and enforcing rules of occupancy
  • Coordinate maintenance schedule of homes and community building with Maintenance Coordinator
  • Maintain schedule of Community Building related to tenants use and HMH use of both community room and pool.  Coordinate transportation needs
  • Oversee property expense and prepare reports for HMH Foundation Committee.
  • Assist with the coordination of the ongoing construction of new homes.

Required Education, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in property management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with follow through and record keeping. Prompt resolutions of issues or concerns by residents must be a priority.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
