What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC Inspector 2 position at Harry & David?
This position is responsible for performing the daily inspections of all incoming materials to ensure the quality of the merchandise being received is up to specification. The position also trains QC Inspector 1 personnel, aids supervision in follow up of non-conforming items as well as performing data entry and generating reports.
Requirements:- Able to work in demanding circumstances (crowded conditions, cold storage (-10° to 40°) for entire shift (8-10 hours).
- Walking and standing for entire shift (8-10 hours)
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds. 30lb max frequently/ occasional 50lbs
