Job Description:
- Prepare cook stations and stock them with necessary supplies
- Retain menu knowledge
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely
- Prepare food on line by chopping, mixing, and making various sauces
- Cook items on the line by grilling and frying
- Maintain a clean and sanitary station throughout the shift
- Keep station fully stocked throughout the shift
Work Requirements:
- While not required, back of house experience is preferred
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Punctual, on time to work
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Must have excellent hygiene and follows all sanitary requirements
