What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fork Truck Operator position at Hartville Hardware?

Overview:
- Assist with shipping & receiving goods/materials
- Use forklift for loading and unloading pallets from semi trailers
- Organize items to company standards
- Record and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and do some local deliveries as needed
- Use stand-up Reach Truck to put pallets of product in overstock storage and bring items down for processing
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20lbs repeatedly and up to 80lbs occasionally
- Good attendance record
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Safely operate forklift
- Good communication skills
- Certified on Tow Motor and stand-up Reach Truck (Employer is willing to train)
- Basic working knowledge of computers (POS and IMU Systems)
- At least 21 years old (requires some off-campus driving)
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Clean driving record
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
