The Vice President of Sales (VPS) serves as a transformational leader and manager of Tonnellerie O, championing the DREAM to become the most admired partner in the premium wine and spirits industry. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive growth while managing the business prudently and sensibly, meeting, or exceeding revenue and profit goals with an emphasis on creating an exciting, safe, and joyful work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our belief in inspiring people to do what they love.
- Lead with courage, passion, and resilience, managing direct sales activities for key strategic accounts.
- Act as a caring and demanding coach, training the sales team on our sales process and instilling a sense of reliable family among team members.
- Oversee the sales team, ensuring they embody our CHARACTER traits, from being transformational to family-focused, and uphold our FOCUS to make a difference in every action and interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; Master of Business Administration preferred.
- 5 years of management experience with a strategic, innovative approach to sales planning and execution.
- Must be a transformational leader who is innovative, courageous, passionate, demanding, caring, resilient, reliable, and family-oriented.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a preference for those experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to work longer than normal business hours and weekends, embracing the hard work required to play hard later.
- International and domestic travel, reflecting our commitment to being a global leader in our industry.
- Comply with GMP/Food Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures that apply to Harv 81 USA.
Salary Range
$140,000-$225,000 annually
