The opportunity

Reporting to the Product Director of Buyer Experiences, the Product Associate will drive adoption of new integration capabilities (e.g., xAPI and APIs (application programming interfaces)) with leading learning platform (e.g., learning management system (LMS) and learning experience platform (LXP)) providers to ensure our corporate clients realize organizational value and impact from our integrated offerings. The Product Associate will support management of these integration capabilities through the product life cycle, from ideation, development, launch, support, and maintenance. The Product Associate will provide critical support to the Product Management team while collaborating with colleagues from across the business to analyze product performance, conduct and synthesize market and user research, communicate with key stakeholders and partners, and execute the portfolio roadmap. Versatility, flexibility, and voracious desire to learn and grow are key attributes for success in this role. We seek a candidate who is passionate about developing their analytical and critical thinking skills in a dynamic and fast-paced role in a high-performing Product Management organization.

This is a 3-4 month contract position with the possibility of extension.

What you'll do:

* Monitor and triage incoming product feedback and questions.

* Coordinate meetings with platform partners and clients to drive adoption of new integration capabilities and to solicit ideas and feedback.

* Help to ensure plans are developed and executed to train core functions to sell and support offerings in accordance with their roles. Oversee/developrelated tools such as guides, presentations, demos, and videos.

* Track key product and business performance metrics, work with Product Managers to identify new data needs, and assist Product Managers in preparing analysis and recommendations for stakeholders.

* Conduct and synthesize competitive product and market research in partnership with Product Managers and assist in presenting results back to the Product Management team and other stakeholders.

* Support agile development teams as needed, assisting with story development, backlog grooming, and prioritization.

What you'll bring:

* 1-2 years of professional or internship experience developing skills relevant for this role. Experience in virtual learning or leadership development spaces is a plus.

* Strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

* Demonstrated proficiency using analytical and presentation tools to analyze and communicate to stakeholders.

* Strong interest in developing within a product management career path.

* Strategic and analytical mindset paired with strong execution skills.

* Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and writing skills.

* Fundamental project management skills and competency.

* Experience working with agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) is a plus.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

* Aptitude and willingness to "learn by doing".

$30.00-$35.00 USD

The above range is the expected hourly rate for this position.
