Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
- Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
- Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
- Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
- Review employee performance
- Ability to execute constructive discipline process
- Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
- Other projects as assigned
- Report payroll
- Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
- Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
- Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
- Minimum of Five (3) years managing janitorial operation
- Flexibility with hours and schedule
- Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
