Position Description
Responsibilities include:
- Provides executive-level administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and 9 Assistant Football coaches.
- Handles phone calls; maintains coach's calendar; prepares correspondence; prepares reimbursements; monitors budget.
- Serves as senior administrative contact and liaison for internal and external program constituents.
- Helps plan events such as Friends of Harvard Football events.
- Maintains recruiting database; handles recruiting correspondence.
- Prepares game plans, playbooks, and practice schedules.
- Supervises student workers.
