Woodside Hotel Group (www.woodsidehotelgroup.com), the leading collection of independent hotels, restaurants and spas in Northern California, is seeking a Busser to join our team at the Harvest Inn (www.harvestinn.com).
The Harvest Inn is an idyllic resort designed to celebrate the vineyard way of life, with 81 luxurious accommodations nestled into four uniquely crafted neighborhoods, two secluded swimming pools, and a plush spa with indoor and outdoor facilities. Surrounded by lush landscaping of expansive clipped lawns, Harvest Inn has serene shaded groves, partially forested by towering redwoods. Harvest Inn is home to gardens of agricultural botanicals that produce many of the ingredients on the menus of our on-property restaurant, Harvest Table.
Harvest Table restaurant is seeking a PART-TIME Busser to join our restaurant and catering team. These position is responsible for serving meals to guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during hotel events. Our Busser position provides support to the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure that client/guest needs are met and details of function are carried out. These positions requires the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is $17.00 per hour, plus tips. This is the wage rate for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate with all Guests and Staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Follow detailed instructions
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room quickly, efficiently, and properly.
- Assist with the service of food according to restaurant standards.
- Have detailed knowledge of menu, ingredients, taste, appearance, garnish, and food preparation and be able to answer general questions.
- Be fully aware of service flow between all stations and the dining room.
- Assist service staff in delivering dishes to larger tables, using correct position number.
- Assist server in clearing dishes from tables only after everyone is finished eating.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Able to act in accordance with established guidelines
