Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience and build credibility by doing the job for the team you will one day manage
- Develops & masters professional sales competencies with skills acquired
- Motivate, inspire and develop a team ranging from Sales consultants to Call Center Representatives using skills learned from supervisor preparation curriculum, development meeting, and management forums
- Coach associates and demonstrate your leadership skills
- Make meaningful contributions to real life business projects
- Demonstrate your ability to achieve top results
- Collaborates with Sales Development Representatives to ensure discovery consultations are well-qualified and strategically booked
- Informed on market trends and reports to Director

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree required or on track to be obtained
- Minimum of a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral communication skills (phone & in-person)
- Excellent written communication skills (proper grammar & email etiquette)
- Effective organizational competencies (detail-oriented, prepared, punctual)
- Strong interest in learning new skills and new technologies
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
- Patience, service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff
Compensation & Benefits:
