The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving internal sales by interacting with customers to provide information in response to customer product inquiries, RFQs, pull through sales opportunities, and to provide customer solutions while also serving as a lead sales coordinator available to handle and address customer driven technical questions, concerns, and complaints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Sales Performance
- Responsible for supporting the company's sales goals through fast and solution-based customer service, while building and maintaining retention-focused customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests promptly and accurately while leveraging pull through sales opportunities.
- Responsible for meeting pre-defined monthly and quarterly sales goals, both individual and department focused objectives.
Provide Internal Sales Lead Support
- Assist the lower-level sales associates in resolving product or service problems by leveraging experience to clarify customer concerns, determine the cause of the problem, and select the best solution for expediting corrections and satisfactory customer service.
- Track, expedite, and follow-up on outstanding orders using effective sales systems, such as Pipedrive, to ensure customer satisfaction and order completion.
- Serve as the internal sales liaison with other departments, including the rep company, for quotation or order completion.
- Responsible for additional tasks at the request of management
- Provide new business support by nurturing new customer relationships through growth strategy action plans that aligned with overall business objectives.
- Effectively communicate with all internal and external sales representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year degree in sales, marketing, or related studies or, 7-10 years of inside b2b sales experience is required. (Preferably in RF and Microwave Electronics)
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Must pass an employment background check
