Hatch IT is partnering with Packaged Agile to find a Business Analyst:
About the Role:
As a Business Analyst at Packaged Agile, your role involves collaborating closely with Business Users to dissect business requirements into Epics and User Stories. Additionally, you will be responsible for formulating Test Plans and Test Cases for each User Story, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
Your teamwork extends to collaborating with System Testers to ensure that tests align with the specified requirements. You'll also be responsible for the upkeep of the Requirements Traceability Matrix and the identification and monitoring of defects.

- Ability to get ED Security clearance.
- US Citizens
- 8 years of experience
- Ability to translate user requests into clear functional requirements.
- Understanding of Scrum processes and how to write Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Knowledge of what good acceptance criteria is
- Able to write functional test cases and test
- Domain knowledge of the Government Acquisition Process is highly desired. Specifically, experience with PRISM software will be a given high priority.
