Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage infrastructure-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with platform teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and process enhancements.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience working with platform teams and understanding of platform services and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
