We are now looking to welcome a highly motivated, detailed and organized Production Coordinator to our team. This pivotal role will bridge the communication between our esteemed clients, talented artists, and vendors, ensuring a seamless production process that upholds our standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and artists, facilitating clear and timely communication throughout the portrait creation process.
- Manage client queries, concerns, and feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the production schedule, ensuring deadlines are met with no compromise on quality.
- Coordinate the ordering of materials and services necessary for the completion of projects, tracking timelines, and confirming delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate closely with artists and other team members to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
- Implement and refine production processes and systems to continually improve operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and progress reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client viewings and studio events.
-Editing and Photography experience is not required but it is a HUGE plus!
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production coordination or similar role, preferably within a high-end creative or artistic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, artists, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software.
- Knowledge of Adobe suite including but not limited to Photoshop and Lightroom
- A passion for the arts and an appreciation for the bespoke craftsmanship involved in portrait photography.

We are not looking to hire someone who owns or wants to own their own family photography business. A concrete non-compete will need to be signed for our new hired photographer/editor. Equipment is owned by studio and all training will be provided. Our work is very specific, deliberate and consistent. Artistic vision remains with the studio owner.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
