Haute Papier, a Couture Stationery Design & Letterpress Print Studio in Arlington, Virginia is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to fill the role of our Office Manager.
Our Office Manager must be a team player while providing exceptional attention to the Haute Papier daily operations. This individual will support a staff of 15 to complete daily office tasks and assist the Director of Operations with projects as assigned. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for this immediate full-time opening. The perfect candidate will have experience with retail, stationery, customer service, or production as well as a desire to work in a creative and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Purchase office and production supplies
- Coordinate deliveries and assist with receiving
- Manage supply and product inventory; data management
- Assist Director of Operations with HR related tasks and procedures as assigned
- Assist Director of Operations with On-boarding new hires as assigned
- Work with the building management, file maintenance requests & follow up on resolutions as needed
- Organize, update and maintain internal documents and databases
- Administrative duties as assigned
- Work with other departments to successfully resolve customer service issues
- Provide additional support to various departments
- Assist with creating shipping labels for custom orders, and working with shipping partners to coordinate pick up times and file claims
- Assist with accounting procedures
- Light IT support for staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management, production, or administrative assistance, preferably in retail, stationery, gift or luxury products
- Experience in Mac OS and ability to solve basic IT issues is required
- Experience in Google Docs and Excel is preferred
- Experience in Quickbooks Online is a bonus
- Demonstrates sound business judgment and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong ability to multitask

Compensation: Compensation: $17.00 hourly with opportunities for advancement; employee discounts, bonuses and incentives
