FP&A Financial Systems Analyst

Agency :Havas Health & You Job Description Summary : The role The FP&A Financial Systems Analyst reports straight line to the Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and dotted line to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Global Chief Financial Officer. Core responsibilities will include financial consolidation for the Havas Health and You (HH&Y) network. Consolidation responsibilities required experience working with various financial and reporting systems tools such as Group Magnitude, Cognos TM1 BI tools, ICS, and for the US units, local ERP, and financial systems tools. In addition, this role will also help with the maintenance and development of the Anaplan financial planning modules as it pertains to HH&Y US financial forecast and planning process. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in building and scaling financial reporting and planning processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, aspires to bring structure to the unstructured, and enjoys problem-solving with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role includes analyst, system administrator, and model builder responsibilities. Job Description : What we expect from you Assist the FP&A team in preparing, validating, and analyzing consolidated financial reporting packages for management review and submission to the parent company adhering to group deadlines and reporting guidelines, including but not limited to US GAAP standards and IFRS. Work with the FP&A analysts in the consolidation of budgets and forecasts providing timely Revenue to EBIT analysis, Compensation, Revenue Roll forward, Capex, New, and Lost business analysis Develop a deep understanding of business and financial framework and goals; partner with FP&A team to monitor and drive performance Deliver and enhance close/forecast processes and reporting with a focus on timeliness, automation, and scale using Anaplan and integration to other business systems Manage Anaplan ecosystem, resolve support tickets, architect new features and models, validate key assumptions, and provide enablement resources to optimize end-user experience Maintain metrics glossary, system roadmap, process workflows, and procedural documentation Collaborate cross-functionally (Agresso, Magnitude, Power BI, SAP COGNOS TM1, Anaplan) to continually drive alignment, maintain consistency, and improve data quality and readiness Monitor and advice on best practices and advancements in financial forecasting technology Execute data-driven analysis to provide insightful and actionable recommendations for operational and strategic decision making Act as the key liaison and support to the Anaplan solution architects as well as internal stakeholders like Finance Directors, Senior Executive Management, and Accounts executives. Working with Anaplan Solution Architects on maintaining and troubleshooting Anaplan reports and financial modules. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sprint testing for new and modified Anaplan processes. Provides Anaplan training to new users and new entities entering the HH&Y network and maintains user roles. Ensures the highest quality, accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality of all information and data is maintained. Represent the FP&A team on the core committee leading the implementation efforts across the US network. Background/experience and skills Hands-on model building experience in Anaplan with a record of progressive achievement; Anaplan certification a plus Relevant experience preferably in a Network/Global financial consolidations settings and reporting, with exposure to senior leadership Ability to translate business requirements, troubleshoot complex planning models, and design modeling solutions with data flow best practices Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles Advanced excel skills with technical experience managing financial applications and ERP systems. Exposure to the database, SQL queries, and experience working with Business Intelligence tools, data visualization, and report development.
