Registered Nurse (RN)

The Haven Convalescent Home is searching for a Registered Nurse to be part of our team. The Haven Convalescent Home is a 5 star facility that offers quality care individualized to our residents in a family environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care as needed
• Gives report and assignments to nursing staff on duty
• Admission, transfer and discharge of residents
• Communication with physician as required
• Written physician orders and assurance of appropriate follow through
• Education to staff, residents and their families
• Completion of medical records
• Resident assessments and individual plans of care as required
• Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards
• IV Therapy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education / Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous long-term care experience is encouraged
• Basic computer skills (PointClickCare preferred)'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
