Program Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

Hawaii Behavioral Health is seeking an individual who will help expand ABA/ASD services for disadvantaged children and individuals while providing operational support for Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Honolulu, HI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow the ABA/ASD services for children with autism to reach their goals
• Coordinate RBTs and BCBAs to ensure fulfillment of authorized services
• Collaborate with the clinical team and supervisors on setting program targets and resolving employee-related issues
• Assist in recruiting new field staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• 1-3 years of experience in the social services field (preferred)
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines
• Must be detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and project management skills.
