Site Manager
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Residential condominium. Oversee the operations and maintenance of the property as well as find innovative ways for improvements. The Site Manager will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and Hawaiiana Management Company.
Requirements:
Position requires general maintenance, computer, administrative, verbal and written communication skills. Hands on experience with minor plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and electrical knowledge. Must be able to work well with a board of directors, property manager and contractors. Must be willing to be on call 24/7 and handle emergency situations.
Duties:
Site Manager shall include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations
- maintaining the condominium and common areas;
- administering and enforcing House Rules and Association policies;
- interface with condominium owners, residents and their guests.
- Oversight of service vendors; keeping of records and; hiring, supervising and/or terminating service vendors, as directed by the Board of Directors and/or Managing Agent
- performing regular maintenance and any miscellaneous or additional duties as directed by the Board of Directors and/or Managing Agent.
