What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Reporting position at HawkB Inc?
Job Description
Primarily remote but will have to be in office from time to time for meetings in Fairfax, VA. We can tell cands maybe once a quarter.
Mixture between of MSFT Access, SQL Server 2019 and Excel for reporting. Will get to PowerBI soon but not there yet.
Healthcare knowledge is a plus. Mostly will deal with Claims and enrollment data that they will be reporting on.
Must have strong Excel (pivot tables and V-Lookups) and SQL skills (day to day querying is main thing, find data, export to Excel, clean it up and get presentable in a report and get it sent to correct personnel). Looking for 2-3 YOE. Everything else they can really teach.
Needs to have strong customer service BG.
If they do not have the healthcare exp then they need to be very technical. But she really wants someone with the healthcare exp first.
