About the Job:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, carefully coordinating all aspects related to meetings, email assistance, and travel accommodations.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain important files, and assemble all documents needed for meetings.
- Manage strategic projects from start to finish.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external staff, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents.
