We are hiring Sales Setters for our growing and expanding Inside Sales Department. Candidates will be handling inbound and outbound leads. They will gauge the overall interest of the customer, collect information and transfer the call to one of our Inside Sales Closers.

Pay
- Base pay of $10 - $15 / hour
- Commission's are paid daily on deals closed the previous day
Duties
- Clearly communicate thorough knowledge of products
- Set a minimum number of appointments per day for the Inside Sales Representatives
- Consistently perform on a variety of key performance indicators including, exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
- Promote and sell products and services by emphasizing product features based on customers’ needs
- Build rapport and connect with potential customers – aims to turn every call into a sales opportunity
