What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk Management Coordinator position at Hayes Healthcare?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete HRP checklists according to Hayes Credentialing Guidelines.
- Acts as a liaison to Internal team to assist with file completion.
- Assist HRP Specialists with provider file completion entering information into MD Staff.
- Maintain priority of booked and non-booked files using Salesforce reports.
- Send welcome letters to providers upon completion of credentialing process.
- Run and upkeep license report in MD Staff.
- Complete FSMB verifications.
- Performs clerical assistance for PCF states.
- Assist CRO with various administrative tasks.
- Send Files to Medical Directors for review upon CRO Request.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, MD Staff, and ALOE is highly preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
