What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Benefits Navigator position at Haymarket Center?
Works with Central Intake to ensure up to date knowledge of empty beds throughout treatment programs at Haymarket.
Notify Haymarket Center Managed Care Dept. after contacting the Managed Care Organization to obtain notification/preauthorization for services.
Follow-up with treatment units to ensure LCD's are being managed and completed and application all unfunded.
Fax/track patient admission information and requests for additional days.
Use CareLogic patient information system to provide reminder calls and system updates.
High school diploma required as well as knowledge of insurance verification programs. Must be friendly, customer service oriented, flexible and team oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
