Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio in the greater Tampa area. You will be in charge of working directly with the tenants, along with providing assistant in managing the maintenance team, and managing operating cost & capital budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with Office, Retail, or Industrial
- Experience with budgets/tax reconciliations/tenant delinquencies/CAM Recs
- Knowledge of Building Operations
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs & Yardi
