Our client are a rapidly expanding general contractor headquartered in Chicago, IL with work located throughout the country. They are experts in complex ground-up, interior renovations and historical restoration and operate in both the private and public sectors. Due to the continued growth and demand on their business, the group are actively hiring for an experienced construction professional to join their team as Project Executive.
Your new role
As Project Executive, you will be responsible for the overall successful completion of projects in conjunction with your team. You will be responsible for project financials, including projections, cash flow, billing, profitability through to close out/final payment. Developing and mentoring your team, who are comprised of Project Managers, Assistant PMs and Project Engineers is also part of the Project Executives responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply to this Project Executive role you will need at least 15 years' construction industry experience preferably with recent experience as PX. This is also a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who is looking to take that next step in their career as PX. A Bachelors Degree in a construction related discipline is preferred. Commercial, educational and/or federal project sector experience is advantageous.

You will receive a very competitive compensation package which includes a base salary ranging from $150k to $175k (this is negotiable dependent on experience), as well as a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential.
