Your Responsibilities:
As a Financial Manager Operations, you will support the financial performance of the Components operations teams. This includes providing finance support for plant and supply chain operations, assisting with scheduling and planning to meet inventory goals, and analyzing costs to drive efficiencies. You will also develop and track Continuous Improvement Projects, manage operations forecasts, and provide clear financial performance assessments. Additionally, you will assist with financial planning, respond to audit requests, and manage capital expenditure tracking.
What You Need to Succeed:
The role requires experience in financial, cost accounting, and supply chain management. You should have a strong sense of accountability, the ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Leadership and team collaboration skills are essential, along with proficiency in database and Excel, and the ability to work independently on time-sensitive projects. A BA/BS in Finance or Accounting is required, with an MBA preferred, and 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in a manufacturing plant setting.
